Functional Yoga Training/Pralaya Yoga Level I addresses the imbalances and injuries associated with athletic training. We will be working with sequences of standing poses, forward bends, seated and reclined twists, and arm and leg strengthening exercises to develop your own innate physical strength, flexibility and energy. Beginners are welcome!
Functional Yoga Training/Pralaya Yoga Level II is an intermediate level yoga class for experienced beginners or more advanced students. We will focus on learning techniques to master some of the more difficult yoga poses including inversions, arm balances, and backbends. All are welcome and techniques can be modified to suit the less advanced student.
Qigong (Chi-Kung) is a Chinese internal art and meditative energy practice that incorporates breathing, concentration and movements. It is similar to Tai Chi in its look and feel, and is practiced to develop and learn control of energy. Qigong enhances overall health, vitality, and energy levels and is beneficial to all ages.
Yoga classes at Pralaya Yoga Studios are open to the general public and can be taken for a class fee on a drop-in basis or in a package rate.
